6. Create Unit Guides
The Unit Guides provide the teacher with a summary of what will be taught in a unit, which Evidence Outcomes, Mathematical Practices, and 21st Century Skills will be emphasized, how much time will be spent on the unit, how student learning will be assessed, and provides teachers the opportunities to make notes for improvement instruction of the unit each time it is taught. One of the most important features of the Unit Guides is that they can easily be edited/updated so teachers always have a real time, relevant resource for guiding their instruction in each unit. They will also help ensure teachers are addressing the specific standards descriptors for that grade level and unit.
